Items supplied should be checked during the delivery in the presence of delivery person. Should the product(s) you have purchased from Croblaze has packaging defect, incomplete packaging, damage during delivery, wrongly delivered or wrong product. Customer should mention the remarks on the delivery challan itself and mention the reason of the replacement.

Clients have the liberty to cancel their order & request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
We promise our customers to deliver the products on time. You can cancel your order if your products are not delivered within the given delivery slots. In this case you can cancel the order after the delivery time is over and you have not received a response from us.
For Cancellations please contact us through call. You can change or cancel your order within the same day of placing the order by making a call to the number provided : +919410061815 only.
Croblaze can cancel any order at anytime. No changes or cancellation shall be made after the same day of placing the order.
The refund amount will be done through the mode selected, and account details given by the customer.
The account details and the mode of payment has to be sent by dropping a mail to us at orders@croblaze.com. You need to mention your name, Order id and a contact number over the
mail.
The refund will be done by various means within 7 bank working days of canceling the order.
If you do not receive the money within 2 weeks of cancellation of the order, then you can mail us at support@croblaze.com along with your name, order id and the issue faced. We shall try our best
to
solve your problem as soon as possible.
Note: No cancellation or refund is available in following situations:
i. Customer has consumed the product and no remnants are available to be returned
ii. User has not followed the appropriate handling, storage and using instructions (available on the packaging
of that product) of the product leading to deterioration of that product.
